I put a spell on you

She had a voice to die for. This is the singer from the quintet I saw last friday. It was a classical jazz voice and she managed to hold the room captivated. Not with theatricals as some singers are wont to do. But simply on the strength of a pitch perfect and a wonderful quartet accompanying her. These guys have just finished their A Levels. They will go far... say's I enviously.

Sometimes if I could start again ( I love my job mind you!) I would love to become a musician.. or try (I should have taken those piano lessons seriously ;-)). if you could start again, what would you do? And your not allowed to say professional photographer.. cuz.. cuz.. i said so ;-)

PP I've fallen in love with this "soft glow" filter in GIMP. its been cropped a bit to improve framing, b&W conversion in channel mixer and this filter to accentuate the highlights.

Not a particularly stron capture, but your words do carry the image along. Not really feeling the thing by her head.

What would I be if I could start again, son to Bill Gates springs to mind
